How long does the subscription last?

Our subscription plan runs for a minimum of 12 months, then continues month-to-month. You’re free to cancel anytime after the first year. Please note: if you cancel, ownership of the website remains with us—otherwise, we couldn’t stay in business.

What happens if I cancel after the 12 month minimum and want to come back?

You just have to sign a new 12 month contract.

What if I cancel before the 12 months is over?

If you cancel before the 12 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($4200) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients. And we want clients to share the same philosophy.

How do you handle late payments?

Invoices include a 7-day grace period for payment. After that, a $25 late fee will apply. For subscription clients, if multiple invoices remain unpaid for several months, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for the full price of the site. We aim to be flexible and understanding, and we’re always willing to work with clients who communicate with us. However, if there’s no response to our outreach, we must take steps to ensure fair payment for the time and effort invested in building your site.

Are the optional additional costs (blog, edits, or extra pages) one time or monthly?

The optional additional fees are one time. Not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 and you’re done. Not $300 a month. That would be crazy!
