How long is the minimum commitment for your social media management plans?

Our standard plan requires a minimum 12-month commitment to ensure consistent strategy development and measurable growth. After the first year, the plan continues month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to cancel with 30-days’ notice—while retaining all content assets created during our partnership.

What if I sign up again after canceling?

Restarting is simple! You’ll just sign a new 12-month agreement to resume tailored content creation, platform management, and strategic reporting.

What happens if I cancel before the 12 months are up?

You’ll be responsible for the remaining balance of the full 12-month plan, minus any payments already made. We ask for this commitment to maintain continuity and deliver sustainable results.

How are late payments handled?

We include a 7-day grace period on all invoices. If payment isn’t received within that window, a $25 late fee is applied. In cases of persistent late payments, we may pause services—but we’ll always communicate clearly and seek a fair resolution.

Are add-on services like extra posts, campaign designs, or platform expansions billed one-time or monthly?

All add-ons are billed one-time. For instance, if you add a custom campaign or platform integration, you’ll pay the agreed-upon fee—no recurring charges unless it’s part of a recurring service.

What deliverables are included each month?

Your monthly plan includes a content calendar, graphics (images/carousels), 15 scheduled posts across agreed platforms, monthly performance reports, and up to one revision per post. Optional extras (like ad campaign management or influencer outreach) are available à la carte.

What happens if I need a temporary pause (e.g., during holidays)?

Life happens—and we’re flexible. We can pause posting for up to 3 weeks without canceling the plan. Just let us know at least 14 days in advance so we can adjust content flow accordingly.
